1. Welcome to BBS E-Marketplace. By using our services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions outlined hereunder. Supplier Membership are currently free to all users. We reserve the right to charge for services in the future. In such event, we will notify you in advance, and give you an opportunity to subscribe to these services. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions to modify any features of our services at any time. By registering for our Supplier Membership, you agree to be bound by such changes.

2. You will be responsible for all charges incurred while your account is being used, if any, including charges for any goods or services. You are also responsible for all statements made or materials posted under your account, including liability for harm caused by such statements or materials. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your rights or obligations under the terms and conditions.

3. This Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason at any time.

4. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (R.O.C.). BY CONTINUING TO USE BBS E-Marketplace, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Dear supplier members, before you become a member of BBS E-Marketplace, please spend a few minutes reading below regulations to understand your rights and duty:

1. To maintain your personal rights, please fill in the member info fully and clearly. If there is any modification as to your contact or product info, do not forget to amend immediately. You are responsible for the mistaken info and must provide a legitimate solution to buyers who have given the wrong info.

2. BBS E-Marketplace forbids members to register with different identities, or to disguise his or her identity to interfere the bargain behavior or to alter the procurement results. If it is discovered, we will cancel your membership and might take legal action.

3. BBS E-Marketplace keeps member info absolutely safe and promise would never pass on to any third party. We promise not to sell or share your personal info to outside company unless for delivery purpose.

4. All behaviors at BBS E-Marketplace must be legal and are under restraint by current law of R.O.C.

5. Members should protect your member ID and password from leaking out.

6. Members cannot damage or intrude any virus into our database system or practice any damaging tricks to cause loses of the site content and servers

7. All transactions at BBS E-Marketplace are under restraint by current law of R.O.C. If there is any dispute, the first courthouse is Taiwan Taipei district court.

8. All supplier members must abide by this consent.
